Refund Policy

At Pixel Vault Arcade Co., we care about your satisfaction as much as you care about your favorite game. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it better. Returns & Refunds We accept returns for eligible items (games, consoles, accessories) within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition as received, with no additional damage or modifications. For refurbished consoles and repaired items, we offer a 90-day limited warranty. If your device stops working under normal use, we’ll repair or replace it at no extra charge. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, DOA product). Non-Refundable Items Custom orders, preservation kits, or special display cases are non-refundable. Digital downloads (if applicable in the future) are also final sale.
